About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas
  • Assist with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatment, dressing changes, vital signs, and bladder scans
  • Perform general administrative duties in accordance with accrediting bodies, regulatory and government standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Perform visit chart preparation activities based on the daily scheduled appointments
  • Anticipate care information to support provider visit
  • Perform rooming activities for provider visits according to the documented rooming criteria
  • Obtain and document age and/or condition-specific measurements accurately
  • Document using clear, concise, and professional written skills
  • Manage clinical supplies and medication sample areas to ensure that stock is current, stored appropriately, labeled and par levels maintained
  • Act as a principal preceptor in the clinical orientation of new staff
  • Identify emergent situations and communicate to appropriate personnel for interventions
  • Function in emergent situations pertinent to the role
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required
  • BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire
