About the role
- Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician.
- Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation and mentorship.
- Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate team.
- Submit clear, concise documentation for every session following our protocols.
- Partner with families, case managers, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Engage in team meetings, clinical trainings, and opportunities to learn and grow.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional Boundaries & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients.
- Timely and Accurate Documentation: Consistently completes session records promptly.
- Inclusive Clinical Approach: Comfortable working with a diverse population.
- Technology Competence: Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR).
