About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician.
  • Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation and mentorship.
  • Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate team.
  • Submit clear, concise documentation for every session following our protocols.
  • Partner with families, case managers, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Engage in team meetings, clinical trainings, and opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Boundaries & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients.
  • Timely and Accurate Documentation: Consistently completes session records promptly.
  • Inclusive Clinical Approach: Comfortable working with a diverse population.
  • Technology Competence: Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR).
