About the role
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or Psychologist License in Ohio
- Candidates are required to have a master’s or doctoral degree in qualified specialty from an accredited college or university
- Relevant clinical experience with providing direct services to clients
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Ability to pass a background check
