About the role
- Provide direct outpatient client therapy.
- Supervise pre-licensed therapists.
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans.
- Coordinate services with case managers and other personnel.
- Conduct therapist interviews and manage performance.
- Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- NY Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PhD or PsyD degree.
- Experience supervising other mental health therapists.
- Knowledge of New York State requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
