About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and ensure stable system operations for reporting, planning, and consolidation
Install, configure, and regularly update our software solutions
Analyze and handle technical and functional inquiries (first- and second-level support)
Identify and resolve errors in data processing, reports, forms, and workflows
Advise users and document completed changes
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding technical questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or business information systems
Experience with multidimensional or two-dimensional databases, ideally IBM TM1
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of the intersection between business administration and IT
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript)
Initial practical experience in software development and data processing is an advantage
Familiarity with software installations, system configurations, and updates
Fluent German
