About the role
- Actively prospect new clients in target sectors (industry, services, retail, finance, etc.)
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target companies
- Deploy a multichannel hunting strategy: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, etc.
- Convert leads into opportunities and then into signed contracts
- Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, cyber and network teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients (retention, upsell, renewals)
- Meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets set by management
- Record your activity in the CRM and contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting and sales processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience selling IT solutions (networking, cybersecurity, managed services or collaboration)
- Business-maker mindset, driven by acquisition, performance and results
- Solid knowledge of technical environments: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security (firewall, SASE, SOC), IP telephony, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Excellent ability to open doors, persuade and close deals
- Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and a taste for challenge
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment
