  • Grow regional revenue through a mix of distributor, broker, and direct selling motions (as applicable to your territory).
  • Run consultative customer conversations across channels (foodservice, retail, and other end users): understand operational needs, uncover pain points, and recommend the right packaging solution.
  • Partner with marketing to execute regional campaigns and turn inbound interest into meetings, samples, and qualified opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with customer service, supply chain, and operations to support smooth onboarding, reliable delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and confidently position Darnel’s packaging portfolio (e.g., containers, cutlery, tableware, and sustainable lines) to solve customer needs and support profitable growth.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting updates in CRM; communicate risks/opportunities and take action to stay on track to monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Develop and execute a Southeast territory plan: prioritize accounts, map coverage, and schedule customer/distributor visits to maximize impact across the region.
  • Represent Darnel at distributor ride-alongs, broker meetings, regional customer visits, and occasional industry events/trade shows.

  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of taking initiative (sports, student orgs, internships, part-time work, etc.).
  • Curiosity and coachability — you ask questions, seek feedback, and apply what you learn.
  • Organized and dependable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
