About the role

  • Ad copy (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads): write copy variations, headlines, and CTAs oriented for A/B testing.
  • Short-form creative scripts: strong hooks, retention structure, CTA, and “native language” (non-advertorial tone).
  • Content funnel: plan and write assets for ToFu/MoFu/BoFu (awareness → consideration → conversion).
  • Copy for pages and conversion assets: texts for landing pages, signup pages, and lead generation materials.
  • Performance-driven refinement: iterate texts and scripts using data (CTR, CPC, retention, comments, etc.).
  • Briefing and collaboration with other teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years writing ad copy with a performance focus.
  • Persuasive writing (copywriting) and ability to create multiple rapid variations of the same concept.
  • Strong understanding of content funnels and customer journey (pain → objection → proof → CTA).
  • Practical mastery of psychological triggers.
  • Comfortable on camera: able to record UGC-style creatives, “speaking to the viewer” naturally.
  • Organized and autonomous: meet deadlines, handle high workload, exchange feedback, and be self-directed.
  • Experience with retention-oriented scripts (hook rate, timing, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO and evergreen/perpetual funnels.
  • Familiarity with copy frameworks (AIDA, PAS, BAB, 4Ps, Storyselling) and angle testing.
  • Experience in startups/agencies and in environments with a strong production cadence.
  • Knowledge of CRO and writing for landing pages (headlines, subheads, proof, objections, CTAs, microcopy).
  • Experience with advertising planning and marketing agency structure.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Excellent aesthetic and design sense (framing, color, contrast, lighting, etc.).
  • Intermediate English and Spanish (reading and listening).
