About the role
- Edit high-converting video ads across multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
- Produce 10–15 variations per week within structured testing cycles
- Build modular ad structures with interchangeable hooks and bodies
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and platform-native elements
- Contribute to script and hook refinement
- Analyze performance data such as hook rate, retention, CTR, and CVR
- Reverse-engineer winning ads from competitors
- Integrate AI tools to improve speed and output quality
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and iteration planning
Requirements
- 3+ years editing performance-focused ads in eCommerce or DTC
- Strong portfolio of direct-response video ads
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro
- Experience working within structured creative testing cycles
- Clear understanding of retention and hook strategy
- After Effects capability
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Captions, etc.)
- Copywriting instinct for hooks and CTAs
- Experience in high-output creative teams
