About the role
- Build and prioritize a target list of contractors, and develop a plan to reach them and bring them on as customers
- Visit contractors and build relationships both in person (office visits, events) and virtually
- Pitch Eli clearly and concisely, tailored to each contractor’s workflow, including demo’ing the product
- Run outbound outreach across channels (phone, email, print marketing)
- Keep our CRM up-to-date by logging outreach, conversations, and deal status
- Own and improve the full process from first touch to signed-up contractor
- Share feedback from the field to shape our go-to-market approach
Requirements
- Based in Colorado
- Willing and excited to spend significant time in person with contractors
- Comfortable with shaping and executing on outreach and sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal instincts and high follow-through
- Existing contractor relationships in Colorado (ideal, but not required!)
