About the role
- Direct line responsibility for the affiliates in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
- Design and lead country-specific business strategies aligned with global and regional/cluster objectives
- Champion innovative go-to-market models and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities across a diverse portfolio of products to ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded
- Manage the countries’ P&L, budgets, forecasts and strategic business plan
- Ensure full compliance with all corporate and local rules and regulations
- Manage and expand access for Lilly products in local markets
- Drive access expansion for Lilly products through strategic partnerships and policy shaping
- Allocates resources – human, financial, technical, etc. – to achieve the balance between short- and long-term profits
- Build strong relationships and represent the company and its values with key external stakeholders
- People responsibility-recruit, develop and retain top talent; build a high-performing local team
- Oversee daily operations including supply chain, distribution and affiliate infrastructure
Requirements
