About the role
- Lead implementation of new core applications (e.g. SAP Hana and EWM) and functionality at our Lilly Medicine Foundry.
- Serve as the primary business lead for all supply chain functions—including Materials Management, Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Capacity Planning, and Master Data Management—aligning business requirements with digital solutions.
- Act as the key business representative for digital supply chain processes at the Lilly Medicine Foundry, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence across Materials Management, Inbound and Outbound Shipping, Warehouse Management, Capacity Planning, and Master Data Management.
- Own the knowledge management and learning plan for all supply chain-related core applications, ensuring user and super user capabilities meet evolving business needs.
- Support daily supply chain operations as a senior member of the Materials Flow team, proactively identifying and resolving process or system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related discipline
- Minimum of (8) years’ experience in manufacturing, preferred in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Experience with integrated business process flows, driven by SAP applications, in a manufacturing facility.
