About the role

  • Partner with business capability owners to refine and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical trial delivery teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure continuous delivery of value through iterative development.
  • Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the product, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in scientific, business or IT-related field OR high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in IT leadership/program management.
  • 10+ years experience working with business partners to deliver business outcomes through IT solutions and services, deep knowledge about information security, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering and sustaining solutions throughout software development lifecycle: design, engineering, construct, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions, platforms, services, and capabilities.
  • 4+ years experience as product manager of complex systems in a technical business domain
  • 4+ years proven experience working on HCP facing business processes and systems
