About the role
- Technical lead responsible for delivery and support of company's 24/7 identity platforms and services
- Manage day-to-day operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution for IAM focusing on authentication services
- Collaborate with Operation Manager, Service Leads and other Technical leads to align priorities and allocate resources
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop identity operations engineers; provide career development and performance management
- Monitor IAM systems performance and health; perform maintenance and ensure systems are patched and secure
- Respond to system alerts and incidents, troubleshoot and restore services promptly
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports and provide regular status updates to management
- Support audit and compliance requests pertaining to identity services
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Work closely with other IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of proven experience in supporting, delivering and securing Identity and Access Management services
- 5+ years technical experience with Entra ID and/or Active Directory
- 5+ years of experience with authentication and authorization technologies and federated identity standards and protocols (multifactor authentication, certificate-based authentication, LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Experience in privileged access management including CyberArk (preferred)
- Experience with encryption, secrets management, internal certificate authority, public certificate provisioning, and/or digital signatures (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (preferred)
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL) (preferred)
- Ability to work with a distributed and virtual team
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to participate in weekend on-call once per month and travel 10-15%
- Expected shift hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
