Align business objectives with digital and technical solutions for the Lilly Medicines Foundry
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements, prototype, implement, and validate solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Oversee the configuration, installation, and validation of digital systems for compliance
Support application configuration, data accessibility, integration design, and BI reporting
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business users and technical teams
Enhance digital literacy on-site for ongoing support and innovation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field
2+ years of experience with IT solution delivery, business analysis, digital integration, or a similar hybrid role
At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment
Experience working in a GXP, regulated environment
Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms (Tulip, Power Apps, etc)
Experience as power user of quality, engineering, health safety applications (Veeva, Maximo, Autodesk cloud, etc)
Experience with analytics or business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
Understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process
