About the role
- Identifying, developing and expanding networks and structures between different physician groups, hospitals and office-based physicians will be a central part of your role.
- You conduct sales conversations with specialist teams in memory clinics, hospitals and specialist practices.
- As part of the digital transformation, all customer-oriented communication channels are used.
- You place special emphasis on creating account plans to establish strong connections between the various specialist groups.
- You are responsible for implementing the business unit’s sales and marketing strategies.
- You are responsible for developing and executing territory action plans, planning contact sequences and managing events.
- Event management, including organizing and delivering educational events for specialist groups — including digital formats — is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You have a scientific education (ideally a university degree) or have completed training as a certified pharmaceutical representative.
- You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a successful pharmaceutical representative.
- Ideally, you have good knowledge in the fields of neurology and psychiatry as well as Alzheimer’s/dementia.
- You have solid experience supporting specialist practices and hospitals.
- You demonstrate clear sales ambition and excellent selling skills.
- You can show sales experience in neurology, psychiatry and Alzheimer’s/dementia.
- You demonstrate high social competence, strong teamwork and networking skills on a daily basis.
- Responsible, independent and integrity-driven behavior is natural for you.
- Value-based selling and responding to customer needs are familiar to you.
- Digital IT competence and customer-focused use of all communication channels are not a problem for you.
- Good spoken and written English complete your profile.
