About the role
- Execute special projects to support delivering on the CSH mission with excellence, which could involve data-driven analysis and/or supporting SWAT team / IMTs.
- Drive success with transactional content management and approval for CSH. Collaborating with business partners and MLRO teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience in marketing or operations
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Experience in U.S. commercial pharmaceutical landscape
- Prior work experience in business problem definition, analysis and interpretation
- Prior work experience with stakeholder communication and engagement
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High learning agility, ability to thrive in ambiguity and “self-starter” mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without authority
- Track record of achieving operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Deep curiosity and drive to solve complex problems, challenge the status quo and build impactful solutions
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and/or effectiveness
