About the role

  • Execute special projects to support delivering on the CSH mission with excellence, which could involve data-driven analysis and/or supporting SWAT team / IMTs.
  • Drive success with transactional content management and approval for CSH. Collaborating with business partners and MLRO teammates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in marketing or operations
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Experience in U.S. commercial pharmaceutical landscape
  • Prior work experience in business problem definition, analysis and interpretation
  • Prior work experience with stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High learning agility, ability to thrive in ambiguity and “self-starter” mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without authority
  • Track record of achieving operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deep curiosity and drive to solve complex problems, challenge the status quo and build impactful solutions
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and/or effectiveness
