• Provide oversight and leadership for the Lilly Medicine Foundry’s Site Facilities Outsourced Services Team
• Align with the Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) group in a cross-functional project team during the project phase
• Drive vendor compliance with LMF Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Lead the LMF Facilities Services Team by managing contractual agreements with Vendor Outsourced Service Providers
• Ensure contractor/vendor compliance with Site HSE requirements
• Ensure compliance related activities such as deviations, change controls and CAPA’s are resolved
• Support the project team as they deliver the facility to the site team
• Help people improve their performance, develop capabilities, and close performance gaps with appropriate training
• Provide oversight of the Facilities Team and Contracted Services Partners and trend KPI’s
• Collaborate and provide clear communication with internal customers regarding delivery of Facilities Outsourced Services
• Provide technical assistance as necessary to internal FUME departmental staff and cross functional partners
