About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
Manage and monitor information security systems to ensure protection of company data and confidential information, using firewall technologies such as FortiGate
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure all systems are operating correctly
Manage the Veeam backup server by creating backup jobs and ensuring they run successfully
Manage IT projects, working with other departments to deliver solutions on time and within budget
Provide infrastructure-focused technical support to company users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the IT infrastructure, including procedures, user manuals, and support information
Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure (preferred)
Monitoring using Zabbix (preferred)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field
ITIL and Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA or higher), and CCNA certification(s)
At least 2 years of experience
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in networking (architecture, infrastructure, cabling, routers, internet links), operating systems (Windows and Linux), remote access, VPN, VoIP, and CCTV
Configuration and management of network tools: AD (Active Directory), GPO (Group Policy), file server permissions, DNS (Domain Name System)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
Experience in managing IT projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of IoT technologies for configuring and maintaining industrial environments (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2012
Knowledge of firewall technologies such as FortiGate (preferred)
Knowledge of backup tools such as Veeam
Knowledge of Wi‑Fi networking equipment, such as Cisco (SmartNet / Meraki) and Fortinet (FortiAP)
Knowledge of AWS Cloud (preferred)
Experience with monitoring using Zabbix (preferred)
