About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architecture and Strategy: Design and implement complex solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring scalability and alignment with manufacturing processes;
Project Management: Lead implementations of new features, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to final deployment;
Integrations: Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems (ERP, WMS, e-commerce), ensuring end-to-end data flow;
Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Serve as a reference for the support team and junior/mid-level analysts, defining best practices for governance and development;
Advanced Automation: Create and maintain complex flows (Flow Builder), validations, and automations that reduce manual work for field and back-office teams;
Data Intelligence: Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports that support the board's strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT;
Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields (a plus);
Relevant courses and desirable skills: Project Management, Agile methodologies, Generative AI;
Software knowledge: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Azure, SQL, Agenforce AI (required);
Proven track record working with the Salesforce platform, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies;
Strong skills in declarative configuration, data security, automations (Flows), and technical knowledge of Apex/LWC (for liaising with developers);
Ability to translate complex sales and after-sales needs into viable technical solutions;
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud (preferred).
