About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to internal and, occasionally, external customers by answering technical questions and inquiries to assist them.
- Share technical knowledge with the rest of the support team through training sessions (when necessary).
- Share support procedures with the team to facilitate technical support actions for equipment and improve system utilization.
- Communicate new requirements to the product team, performing tests to remain qualified to train the team.
- Identify gaps in equipment currently under technical handling based on evidence.
- Technical knowledge to configure automation equipment.
- Adhere to remote access rules and support procedures as defined by the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or currently pursuing a university degree in Information Technology, Systems Development, or related fields.
- Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Knowledge of remote access tools and technical support practices.
- Technical knowledge to configure operating systems, internet connectivity, networks, and other related settings.
