About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Experience in ICMS calculation and submission of related filings. Desirable knowledge of Amazonas state tax legislation (AM);
Handling tickets related to goods withholding – Amazonas state (AM);
Biweekly monitoring of the DEC for the states of the companies under your responsibility;
Handling tickets for CEST validation;
Biweekly review of outbound (sales) transactions;
Monitoring and completion of the PIN - SP and SC;
Handling re-invoicing (refaturamento) tickets – SC;
Submission of ICMS no-activity filings (no movement), except for AM;
Entry of self-assessments via FI;
Biweekly review of inbound (purchase) transactions;
Risk calculation and analysis;
Monthly tax calculation and remittance;
Analysis of change in intended use (deviation of purpose);
Monitoring tax legislation and publications;
Weekly preparation of the Tax Bulletin;
Support for audits and inspections;
Responsible for updating the ICMS-ST factor spreadsheet.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting (B.Sc. in Accounting) or Business Administration;
Advanced Excel;
SAP system (Required);
Solid knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS and IPI);
Monitoring of legislation and official publications;
Tax calculation and apportionment;
Issuance and review of invoices (NF-e, NFS-e).
