About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active Prospecting - Actively seek new leads through market research, networking, and the use of CRM tools.
  • Lead Qualification - Evaluate and qualify potential customers to identify those most likely to convert.
  • Solution Presentation - Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products or services offered, tailoring the approach to each customer's specific needs.
  • Relationship Building - Establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers to increase conversion rates.
  • Negotiation and Closing - Conduct negotiations and close sales by overcoming objections and offering customized solutions.
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet established targets.
  • Feedback to Sales Team - Share market and customer insights and feedback with the sales team to continuously improve processes and offerings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Advertising, or related fields (completed)
  • Experience in prospecting
  • Negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge
  • Customer management skills
  • Knowledge of sales tools and technologies (behavioral sales tools)
  • Communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Results-oriented
  • System knowledge:
  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • Power BI
  • Preferably residing in the Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, or Sorocaba regions
