About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports
- Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions for reporting requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop BI Publisher reports with XML templates and data templates
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle APEX
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and data discrepancies
- Prepare technical documentation and reporting specifications
- Provide production support and enhancements for existing reports
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle reporting tools
- Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Data Migration
- Solid SQL and PL/SQL development skills
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and report templates
- Good understanding of Oracle database structures and data models
