About the role
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Lightning components
- Design and implement Lightning Web Components for responsive and high-performance UI
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
- Configure workflows, flows, validation rules, and security settings
- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot performance issues and production defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong technical expertise in building scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customizing platform features
- Integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Expertise in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
- Knowledge of Git/version control and deployment tools
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
