About the role

  • Design and develop ODI 12c mappings, packages, and scenarios.
  • Build ELT/ETL processes for data integration and migration.
  • Develop integrations between source systems and target databases.
  • Implement incremental loads using CDC and journalizing.
  • Customize and manage Knowledge Modules (LKM, IKM, CKM, JKM).
  • Tune performance for high-volume batch data loads.
  • Configure and manage ODI Agents and job scheduling.
  • Monitor executions using ODI Operator and resolve failures.
  • Implement error handling, restartability, and logging mechanisms.
  • Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Work with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI / ODI 12c)
  • Strong understanding of ELT and ETL concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with ODI mappings, packages, scenarios, and KMs.
  • Experience with CDC, journalizing, and incremental loads.
  • Strong SQL and performance tuning skills.
  • Experience integrating Oracle databases and flat files.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and batch processing concepts.
  • Good troubleshooting and production support skills.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or EBS integrations using ODI.
  • Exposure to ADW and Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience with REST and file-based integrations in ODI.
  • Automation and scheduling experience.
