About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across U.S. commercial accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Corporate AEs - recruiting, enabling, and driving results.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages.
  • Define sales playbooks, sales motions, objection frameworks, and deal models tailored to voice AI / conversational use cases.
  • Partner with marketing, product, growth, and customer success to align messaging, positioning, and cross-sell/expansion motion.
  • Build feedback loops - gather insights from prospects and clients to guide product roadmap.
  • Own key, strategic deals yourself (especially early / major logos) to lead by example.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of SaaS / technology sales experience as a top performer; prior sales leadership experience (2+ years) preferred.
  • Proven track record scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and sales process best practices.
  • Experience selling technical / AI / API solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
