About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure every deal that closes is reflected correctly in our systems.
Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into configured subscriptions in billing platforms.
Own the reconciliation between executed order forms and provisioning requests.
Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails.
Process mid-cycle changes and handle offboarding cleanly.
Run periodic audits of active subscriptions and support month-end close.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Operational ownership role at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering.
Obsessive about accuracy and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Ability to handle complex billing across hundreds of accounts.
Experience with Salesforce and billing platforms like Stripe.
Ability to process mid-cycle changes and manage renewal mechanics.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve invoice discrepancies and audit subscriptions.
