About the role
- Build, manage, and scale our affiliate and creator programs.
- Define strategy and grow these channels into meaningful drivers of customer acquisition and brand advocacy.
- Build innovative AI-workflows to reach, engage, and support our partners at scale.
- Design and execute global affiliate and creator campaigns, optimize performance, and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across markets.
- Optimize performance and measure campaign results.
- Nurture relationships with creators and influencers across markets and ensure an exceptional partner experience.
- Bring creativity, analytical rigor, and community-building instincts to accelerate growth.
- Work at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and community in a high-impact role.
Requirements
- Have experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing.
- Are passionate about creators and understand how to build authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Are an exceptional communicator & copywriter.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
- Can balance strategy and execution, comfortable building a program from the ground up while rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Are comfortable leveraging AI automations to optimize workflows, freeing up time for high-impact strategic and creative work.
