About the role

  • Own our go-to-market, storytelling, event strategy, and content engine
  • Develop clear, compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to key personas and verticals
  • Create lightweight product briefs and maintain up-to-date case study snapshots for quick reuse across sales and socials
  • Keep competitive insights and battlecards current with top differentiators and counterpoints
  • Own Eleven’s LinkedIn presence - including company page updates, feature spotlights, customer wins and partner mentions
  • Ghostwrite executive LinkedIn posts that amplify roadmap milestones, product news, and thought leadership
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar covering LinkedIn posts, blog snippets, videos, and release recaps
  • Publish “What’s new in Eleven OS” posts summarizing key feature updates with clear customer value
  • Build sales tools, presentations, battle cards, and training materials to support GTM readiness
  • Develop and distribute launch materials in collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success
  • Identify and book key industry events and trade shows
  • Manage the full event lifecycle — booth design, logistics, materials, deadlines, and post-event follow-ups
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions) and provide actionable insights and monthly summaries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within hospitality tech or adjacent industries
  • Experience managing events, digital content, and cross-functional campaigns
  • Proven success developing go-to-market strategies and content that drives engagement and pipeline
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), HTML, CSS, and content management systems
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
  • Experience with managing complex projects, and collaborating across departments
