About the role
- Develop and execute local community engagement initiatives aligned with Elevate Eyecare’s brand, marketing goals, and individual practice needs
- Identify markets requiring increased local visibility and proactively source opportunities to strengthen community presence
- Ensure all community marketing efforts feel authentic, localized, and reflective of each practice’s identity
- Own intake and management of all community marketing, event, and sponsorship requests submitted through the company ticketing system
- Triage, prioritize, and track requests across multiple markets, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are clearly communicated
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to move requests from submission to execution
- Maintain clear documentation, follow-up, and status updates to ensure timely and consistent delivery
- Serve as the primary owner for planning and executing community events, sponsorship activations, and outreach initiatives
- Manage logistics including timelines, vendors, signage, promotional materials, and on-site needs
- Attend and support key events as needed, representing Elevate Eyecare with professionalism and warmth
- Research, evaluate, and manage local sponsorships, advertising opportunities, and community partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce, nonprofits, schools, and local organizations
- Act as a community ambassador for Elevate Eyecare across markets
- Manage and respond to Google and Yelp reviews in alignment with brand guidelines and patient-first values
- Monitor and respond to social media inboxes and community messages in a timely, thoughtful manner
- Collect photos, videos, and stories from events and community activations to support social and marketing content
- Track community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, event outcomes, and reputation metrics
- Manage event and sponsorship budgets in coordination with the Marketing team
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve execution, prioritization, and local marketing impact over time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in community marketing, local marketing, event coordination, or partnership management
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and markets simultaneously
- Comfort working within ticketing systems or structured intake workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and in person
- Experience managing online reviews and community-facing communication
- Willingness to attend and support local events and travel occasionally.
