About the role

  • Concierge responsible for the welfare of passengers in all aspects of Part 121 flights.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the flight including catering, commissary, manifests, gate and boarding procedures, passenger identification, and flight service.
  • Fly as Concierge on designated NHL team(s).
  • Staff all appropriate 121 flights with PJS representation.
  • Monitor and approve travel budgets and plans prior to submission to the VP Commercial Airline Ops for final approval.
  • Assist in maintaining the 121-staffing schedule calendar and work closely with VP Commercial Airline Ops.
  • Monitor aircraft and crew schedule to ensure adherence to team schedules and expectations.
  • Perform quality control actions with customs, handling, security, and other operational aspects.
  • Assume main Concierge duties for VVIP charters as needed.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Account Management as necessary for trip requirements.
  • Source 121 operators as needed and directed.
  • On call 24/7 for 121 staffing support.
  • Travel required up to 80%.

Requirements

  • Must live within one (1) hour of John Glenn Columbus International Airport in Columbus, OH.
  • Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks.
  • Proficient in systems (word, excel, a flight operating system).
  • Available Weekends and Nights for after-hours calls.
  • Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized.
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Private Charter Standard Security Program (PCSSP) or Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP) knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Inflight experience working 121 (commercial) or 135/91 (private) required.
  • Travel required up to 80%.
  • On call 24/7 for 121 staffing support.
  • Lifting requirements - Up to 75lbs.
