About the role
- Enter key fields from reports into Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Lease Name, Owner Name, Interest Percent, Depth Severances, etc)
- Spot-check entries against the source; fix obvious typos, flag anything that is unclear for review
- Post an end-of-day update with any follow up items that need to be addressed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail; accurate typing
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Basic spreadsheet knowledge
- Ability to follow checklists and ask when unsure
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable working with PDFs and Excel
