- Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency
- Prepares and logs proposals
- Maintains supplies
- Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues

Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
