Collaborate with business stakeholders and product/digital teams to gather and document requirements for IT projects
Maintain open communication between IT teams and business units
Facilitate solution development by translating business needs into technical specifications
Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope data
Conduct cost/benefit analyses, design processes and systems that support business needs
Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to initiatives

Requirements

BA/BS in a related field
Minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives
Experience and knowledge of financial planning models and methodology
Data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement and change management experience
Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Experience interacting confidently with senior management
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
SQL & Tableau knowledge preferred
Master’s degree preferred
