About the role

  • Understands all aspects of the business
  • Partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future
  • Identifies and proposes opportunities to improve initiative’s results
  • Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines
  • Ensures alignment and attainment of enterprises strategic plans
  • Documents strategic priorities and reports on customer insight research initiatives
  • Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities
  • Supports the internal operations of the Product Delivery Center of Excellence
  • Supports senior leadership with establishing program design, success criteria, guiding principles, and governance structures.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • 3 years of strategic planning experience
  • Strong program management skills
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex, multi-stakeholder corporate environment
  • Prior strategy or management consulting experience
  • Experience translating complex, technical information into presentation-friendly formats
  • Healthcare domain experience on the payor or provider side
  • Prior experience supporting complex, high-profile initiatives
  • Program/project set-up, advisory, governance, and management experience
  • Developing and delivering Executive-level communications
  • Master’s degree preferred.
