About the role
- Develops processes for consistency
- Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Health insurance experience preferred
- Ability to manage a remote staff strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience giving presentations to C-suite strongly preferred.
