- Solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions
- Serve as an integral part of mid to senior-level leadership team
- Understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics
- Design and execute human capital strategy
- Execute programs to support associates, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, diversity and inclusion
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
- Consult with mid-level and line managers to create comprehensive people plans
- Implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports
- Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience using Workday system preferred
- Talent Acquisition experience preferred
