About the role
- Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge’s services
- Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation
- Partnering with cross-functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics
- Developing and maintaining relationships with leadership at managed care organizations
Requirements
- Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related field
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong relationship and account management skills
- Significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, notably PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
