Own the end-to-end lifecycle of external Pharma and Payer data feeds and reporting services
Manage and optimize a fee-for-service business model delivering ~$13M+ annually
Optimize data feed strategy post integration
External Partner & Vendor Management serving as the primary day-to-day relationship owner
Maintain strong partnerships to ensure continuity, data quality, contract adherence, and timely issue resolution
Support contract negotiations and ongoing performance management in collaboration with trade, legal, and procurement teams

Requirements

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in external client-facing program management
Project management certification (PMP) preferred
5+ years of experience with the healthcare/pharmacy ecosystem
Understanding of the roles and differences among payers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and ambulatory care settings strongly preferred
Pharmacy management software experience preferred
Data acquisition and analytics skills, including basic SQL
