About the role
- partners with National Account’s Sales and Account Management teams
- responsible for providing thought leadership to positively impact healthcare quality, outcomes, and cost
- cultivates relationships with decision-makers and influencers within prospective customers
- serves as a clinical thought leader and develops strategic messaging
- supports account finalist opportunities and client quarterly and annual reviews
- ensures high-quality and efficient medical services are provided to accounts
- serves as the voice of health policy to the clients
- fosters a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing in support of clinical models
Requirements
- Requires an MD
- a minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience
- current unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s) required
- board certification is required
- advanced management degree (MBA, MPH) preferred
- willingness to travel up to 50% strongly preferred
- experience working in an externally facing role, preferably with employer groups
- comfortable presenting & effectively articulating information to external customers
