About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and prospects
- Reach internal health plan penetration goals through consultative skills
- Execute strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support to regional decision makers
- Support PBM field sales team during RFP processes
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Prior experience working within a PBM preferred
- Prior experience working in sales or account management strongly preferred
- Experience working within client relationship management preferred
- Client facing experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and well organized preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills preferred
- For URAC accredited areas, strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
