About the role
- Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts
- design and execute the strategy for staffing, onboarding, developing, motivating, and retaining work
- Execute programs to support associates, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, organization culture, rewards and recognition, and talent management
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
- Consult with mid-level and line managers to create comprehensive people plans
- Design and quickly implement solutions cutting across multiple disciplines
- Analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- HR experience
- business partner or generalist experience
- data analysis experience
- trends and reports knowledge
- Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Talent Acquisition full cycle
- Experience using Workday Software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
