About the role
- Develop end-to-end M&A integration strategy from due diligence through execution
- Lead large, multiple deal teams through complex integration programs
- Define and execute programs with executive leaders
- Build detailed execution plans to realize deal value
- Oversee integrations to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
- Identify and implement cross-team process improvements
- Advise business leaders on future-state strategy and operating models
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with deal parameters
- Build relationships with stakeholders for effective integration
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in related field
- Minimum 10 years healthcare industry experience
- Experience in investment banking, M&A, or strategy consulting
- Experience with directing large strategy and execution programs
- Leadership of cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience with health services and/or pharmacy businesses
- Fluency with M&A related financial concepts
