About the role
- Responsible for ongoing support of daily breaks/fixes, security vulnerabilities, and quarterly system upgrades of the Epic system
- Defines functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system
- Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a variety of technologies
- Epic Certification in MyChart or Epic Cadence strongly preferred
