About the role
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key executive-level stakeholders
- Develops and executes multi-year strategic account plans
- Oversees implementation and fulfillment of complex PBM contractual arrangements
- Leads the renewal process for assigned accounts
- Partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Drives operational excellence by resolving service issues
- Utilizes data analytics to monitor account performance
- Supports penetration of PBM and specialty services within existing accounts
- Mentors and trains lower-level account management staff
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS
- a minimum of 9 years of experience in account management, PBM, or large-scale client relationship management
- Strongly prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience with client groups greater than 25,000 members
- Experience in a client facing role preferred
- Experience with PBM preferred
