About the role

  • Own elev8.io’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM, retargeting, and lifecycle nurture
  • Translate revenue targets into clear demand plans, forecasts, and channel strategies
  • Ensure marketing efforts drive sales-ready pipeline, not just lead volume
  • Architect and scale campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Build full-funnel strategies: awareness → consideration → conversion → nurture
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, offers, and audiences aligned to elev8’s ICP
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Ops to define and optimize lead processes
  • Own attribution logic and reporting across all demand channels
  • Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Leadership to promote thought leadership and lead magnets

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record generating B2B pipeline, not just leads
  • Hands-on experience owning paid media for internal growth
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot as a core revenue and demand platform
  • Strong understanding of funnel economics, attribution, and revenue metrics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort operating in GA4, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Clear communicator who can explain performance, tradeoffs, and strategy with confidence
