About the role
- Own elev8.io’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM, retargeting, and lifecycle nurture
- Translate revenue targets into clear demand plans, forecasts, and channel strategies
- Ensure marketing efforts drive sales-ready pipeline, not just lead volume
- Architect and scale campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
- Build full-funnel strategies: awareness → consideration → conversion → nurture
- Continuously test messaging, creative, offers, and audiences aligned to elev8’s ICP
- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Ops to define and refine MQL criteria and lead scoring
- Optimize lead-to-opportunity handoffs
- Support ABM expansion, initiatives, and outbound amplification for priority accounts
- Own attribution logic and reporting across all demand channels
- Monitor and optimize toward core KPIs: Cost per MQL, MQL → SQL conversion rate, Cost per opportunity, Pipeline contribution, Channel-level ROI
- Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Leadership to promote webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and events
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Proven track record generating B2B pipeline, not just leads
- Hands-on experience owning paid media for internal growth
- Strong understanding of funnel economics, attribution, and revenue metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Leadership
- Data-driven mindset with comfort operating in GA4, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools
- Clear communicator who can explain performance, tradeoffs, and strategy with confidence.
