About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the entire sales and post-sales process, ensuring objectives are met and complying with the company’s commercial policy;
  • Be knowledgeable about the company’s products and competitors, staying attentive to market movements;
  • Serve advertising agencies and advertisers, understanding all areas related to the business;
  • Know the clients in your portfolio, closely following their business, updates and key performance indicators;
  • Strengthen relationships within the advertising and media market, promoting the company and participating in events and product launches of the advertisers in your portfolio;
  • Identify opportunities to develop special projects with agencies and clients;
  • Share information with peers in other units when negotiating shared clients, aiming for the best outcome for Eletromidia;
  • Keep client records, histories and mailing lists up to date, organized and accessible for all clients under your responsibility;
  • Measure advertiser satisfaction regarding the return and impact of their campaigns, ensuring their confidence and continued decision to purchase media from Eletromidia.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Proven experience in the advertising industry;
  • Knowledge of media buying and selling;
  • Familiarity with digital tools and experience with AI;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
  • Experience with digital and programmatic media is a plus;
  • Fluent English is a plus;
  • Collaborative profile with the ability to work well in a team;
  • Strong organizational, planning and execution skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
