About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve strategic People dashboards;
Structure recurring analyses and studies to support executive decisions, developing models related to topics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, diversity, engagement, performance, internal movements, compensation, etc.;
Create automations and internal data flows;
Work closely with HR Business Partners (BPs), People leadership and the business to identify relevant analytical opportunities, supporting data interpretation and strategic decision-making;
Perform statistical analyses and studies by integrating and processing datasets from different HR subsystems (People Administration, Attraction & Selection, Human & Organizational Development (DHO) and Compensation);
Automate routines for data extraction, processing and visualization, promoting operational efficiency and scalability of analyses;
Ensure governance, reliability and consistency of people data;
Promote a data-driven culture and propose continuous improvements in processes, metrics and analytical models for people management;
Ensure ethical use and protection of data in compliance with LGPD and corporate compliance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical skills and structured reasoning;
Experience building dashboards and analyzing data;
Knowledge of Google tools;
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI or similar);
Knowledge of SQL and Python;
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets;
Ability to translate data into executive storytelling;
Good communication skills and ability to influence across functions;
Interest in programming languages and data analysis;
Experience with Looker Studio.
